According to your needs shallots and onions are available peeled, minced, or fresh. Our potatoes are available calibrated and packed.
The company owns the equipment and resources needed to fulfill orders in the shortest possible time.
Onions
Processed onions
In 1985, in order to meet the demands of its customers, Flandres Oignons decided to convert part of its production: a separate peeling entity was created.
Since then, the peeling plant has grown through continuous investment in manpower and machinery .
Today, onions and shallots for customers are mostly peeled, and can also be sliced or diced. The company can adapt to almost any request and is also able to offer organic products.
Fresh onions
For over 20 years, everything has been automated : fresh onions are sorted, graded and packed using different high-performance specialist machines.
They are then either sent directly to the customer, or used for processing. When it comes to direct sales, onions are sold to packers in bulk quantities.
For this last activity, Quaëdypre represents a strategic location 15 km from Dunkirk, the third commercial port in France.

Sliced products (or diced):

Shallots
Even if shallots are not the exact same product as onions, they can follow the same process line. It means that Flandres Oignons can offer you shallots that would be peeled, minced, but can also provide you fresh shallots in various packagings.

Potatoes
For several years, Flandres Oignons has diversified its production by offering more potatoes to its customers. Flandres Oignons invested in high performing equipments that enables our company to easily separate varieties, calibrate them, and then pack them. Our strength is our high ability to quickly respond to diverse demands, thanks to our adaptation capacity and our reactivity.
